Chrystina Anise Turner
My name is Chrystina and I have been a self taught yogi for 10+ years and am now completing my 2nd year as a 200hr RYT Yoga Instructor! My compassion and goal for my students is to show you the ways that breath, movement, laughter, and love can be merged as one to improve your daily life for the better.
I teach your various styles of yoga such as Hatha, Ashtanga, and a Shakti/eccentric style flow!
I am also a certified medical assistant, so my basic medical knowledge tends to come in handy on the yoga mat as well!
Helga Rock
Pole
Helga Rock
Certified Pole Dance Instructor and Pole Show performer and competitor from Russia. She started her Pole Dance career in 2010 and improves her professional skills every year traveling around the world and taking workshops of world famous pole dance stars. She specialized in Russian Exotic Pole Dance merging essential elements on the ground and pole, sexy transitions on the floor, crawling, slink and slide, body waves and hip rolls. Helga is enjoying teaching, because she likes seeing the progress of her students and feeling proud watching them performing.
I absolutely love what I do and that’s changing the lives of students every day through dance, fitness, encouragement and camaraderie. Since I come to my first Pole Dance class in 2010, I found the very source of joy and happiness that gives me confidence and strength in life. It is a way of self-expression through dance. After years I found my own style and manner of dancing. I realize in my performances various images that constantly arise in my mind. I like to combine a candid dance with expressive music, bright costume and props. At the same time I use simple elegant choreography together with spectacular tricks.

Kymberly Loo

Kymberly Loo
Kimberly Loo began dance training at age 4 just couldn't stop. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Dance with a Performance and Choreography emphasis from Pomona College in California alongside a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification from Mahatma Yoga in India. Kimberly's formal training encompasses over two decades of ballet, jazz, modern, international ballroom, salsa, bachata, pole, partner acrobatics, and her favorite, Brazilian Zouk; she has trained intensively or completed teacher trainings with Ry'El and Jessica of ZenZouk, Marc Brewer, Kamacho, Layssa Liebscher, Evelyn Magyari Lopez, Peter Wright, MaZouka, and Jaime Aroxa.
Kimberly has won 2nd in the Pro-Am Jack & Jill at Seattle Zouk, twice won the National Collegiate Championships in International Ballroom (both Latin and Standard), the Hawaii Salsa Championship, won runner up at the Texas Salsa Open, placed in several BZDC Strictly Zouk and Zouk Jack & Jills, and has been invited to perform and teach throughout the Aloha state and in California, Texas, Mexico, Morocco, Canada, and India.
Her dance career as a performer has spanned from nightly shows at Legends in Concert: Waikiki to latin dance and burlesque. Kimberly actively pursues spreading the warm fuzzy feelings of dance to every audience and every social dance partner she encounters.
Kimberly Loo founded Honolulu Zouk in 2015 as a vehicle for creating a dance family around teaching, performing, and choreographing Brazilian Zouk, celebrating its fusion with other dances. Her dance philosophy is based around a desire for each dancer to celebrate awareness of their bodies, and to find joy in connecting with themselves, accepting their sensuality and ability to express themselves through movement. The Honolulu Zouk logo emphasizes how 'ono (delicious) zouk is, and how its dancers love to zouk always and all ways. Kimberly's teaching style is influenced by her ballet background and accepting of nonheteronormative dance roles. In its first year, Honolulu Zouk was invited to perform for "zouk royalty" at Zouk Night Love in Mexico and received a standing ovation! They have been gracing the Hawaiian Islands and North America with dance instruction and dazzling performances ever since!
Honolulu Zouk is comprised of several performance teams, social dance training teams, a high heels dance team, a weekly zouk fusion social, ongoing drop in technique classes, and frequent intensive courses with renowned international instructors. Every Sunday #HNLzouk hosts drop in classes at 7pm, no experience or partner necessary. Please contact kimberly@hnlzouk.com and come join the family or if you're interested in a performance!--------------------------
